I ordered a few parts by mistake and had to send them back. Like I said, it was my error, but the return process was really straightforward. Refund came through quicker than I expected too. No hassle from Accu at all, and like I said, I’d be happy to use them again.

I looked around at a few different places before ordering, and Accu came out cheaper for the bits I needed. The whole process was really easy, from finding what I wanted to placing the order, and delivery was fine too. Not much else to say really, good price, no hassle, and I’d happily use them again...

I had to follow up with customer service a couple of times before I got a proper answer. They did eventually sort out my question, so I can’t really say it was bad, but it definitely felt slower than I’d hoped. Overall, I’d say it was okay — not amazing, not terrible, just kind of average.

The parts measured just like they were supposed to, wait, shipping was a tiny bit late, but not a big deal at all.
